For more than one season, the miracle did not last.
It is unlikely that we will ever forget this: Ajax knocked out the playoffs of the previous Champions League Real and Juventus and did not get into the finals very dramatically, losing to Tottenham at home.
That team was very fond of and, fortunately, they didn’t buy it all. The losses of de Ligt and de Jong are palpable, but without Dolberg, Sinkgraven or Chenet, the Ajax could well do even further. Continue reading
